I think it's a great idea and less expensive than the "Diva Products" even if it is just a cover.

I've made a couple of covers for my sleeve to coordinate with more formal outfits, but had to do the double
sided tape way of keeping them up.  One of the hospital nurses says she has a patient who wraps over her
sleeve with a dressy scarf - not a bad idea!

I am a hairstylist, so I am standing, it is always painful for me, I guess I have managed to cope with it, as I
figure it hurts whether I stand and work or sit down, I can exercise or not and it still hurts.
These things have helped me out.

1. I have to have at least 6 hours of sleep or the swelling is worse.
2. I massage my legs and keep them wrapped.
3. Sodium does seem to affect the swelling so I watch my diet.
4. I have discovered that eating one banana a day, helps control some of the swelling.
5. Taking a bath instead of a shower, seems to ease the pain.
6. Stress seems to make it much, much worse, and I am a worrier, so I have had to pick and choose what
to worry about.
7.  Heat during the summer makes me swell but the pain is less, Cold during the winter the swelling is less
but the pain is more intense. and if it is raining, I hurt so badly, knees, etc. I do run the air constantly as soon
as it is warm, and it seems to help.  I haven't found a great way to deal with the winter pain.
8. I don't drink pop/sodas
9. I don't eat fast food

I wanted to make a list of some of the things I do, attitude with positivity is something I am always working
on.  The glass is always half empty.  Please share, or add, or if something I do doesn't work for you, let me
know.  We are all unique individual.         Gail
